Kailynne Lee Chiu is a Taiwanese-American filmmaker—producer, director, production designer, and actress.

She is currently pursuing an M.F.A. in Creative Producing at Columbia University School of the Arts, where she is the Student Coordinator for the Artists’ Resource Center. She previously served as Treasurer of the Interdisciplinary Arts Council and currently interns with the Producers Guild of America.

She earned her B.F.A. in Film & Television Production from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in December 2023. Her work has been recognized with the 2025–2026 Indian Paintbrush Production Grant and the 2023–2024 Akhtar-Bhutta Production Award for Producers. She has contributed to acclaimed projects including Double Happiness 雙囍 (2026), Century Egg 皮蛋 (2024), nothing, except everything (2023), Bentobox (2022), and Secrets (2020). Her current producing projects, Concerto, Patchwork, and Blueberry, are in post-production.

Beyond filmmaking, she works as Social Media Coordinator for Aux Merveilleux de Fred, a French bakery and pastry shop in New York City.
